The SES-Method’s Four important Sources of Health

Abstract: Our body and mind are constantly interacting with one another – they are also influenced by different factors which must be considered for a healthy lifestyle. Within the SES-Method, we refer to these factors as sources. They represent the origin of our optimal health as well as our personal well-being: a balanced and healthy diet, regular and need-based exercise, the mental-spiritual factor Core and personal self-development. These four sources affect and reinforce each other. Our objective is to reach the personal balance of these four sources for an optimal health – the highest dimension of sense of well-being.

More Vitality With The Help Of The Four Sources

We know this all too well: When we eat certain foods such as greasy, fat-rich fast food, our body and mind feel slack and tired afterwards. This indicates that the personal Mind-Body-Type has not received the optimal amount of nutrition-based energy input. Just a little exercise, for example a short walk outdoors can relax us and provide us with fresh energy. Exercise and diet are perpetual correlation with each other as well as our entire body.

„Nothing can cure the soul but the senses, just as nothing can cure the senses but the soul.“ – Oscar Wilde

In Relation To Our Health, What Do These Interdependencies Mean?

There are different factors which must be considered for a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, today’s society is often not aware of their impact. Within the SES-Method, we refer to these factors as sources as they represent the origin of our optimal health: a balanced and healthy diet, regular and need-based exercise, the mental-spiritual factor Core and personal self-development.

These four sources are strong, intense components in themselves but do also complexly affect and reinforce each other. This we can see by the above-mentioned synergies. However, the interdependencies’s magnitude is often not taken into consideration concerning the optimal health.

How Do We Optimize Our Health By Means Of The 4 Sources?

The way of health inevitably leads across diet, exercise, Core and self-development. We must get to know ourselves within the range of the four sources! By this, we can learn about our needs and come to know what is good for us. By determining our personal Mind-Body-Type, we can find out what we have to change in order to enjoy optimal health. By knowing our Mind-Body-Type, we obtain a better sense of orientation and are able to gain more vitality and energy.

„If you can change your mind, you can change your life.“ – William James

Where Do We Want To Go?

The SES-Method’s objective is optimal health, which can be achieved with the aid of the four sources. We refer to this as a state of well-being. As opposed to the similar, commonly used term „wellness“, which is brief, well-being is actually a long-term, more-in-depth solution. We want to get out of the grey area and stress less – back to the means of strength and power! We desire to maximize our own body potential, preserve the working ability and achieve our goals, feel and share joy of living. As part of the SES-Method, we offer support with individual adivce and therapeutic courses of treatment.
